Sports in Kansas Tabs Hudson Rice as Player to Watch

About a week and a half before the first practice, Liberal lineman Hudson Rice is garnering pre-season attention.  Sports in Kansas tabs Rice as a player to watch this football season.  Here is what the publication says about the LHS senior.

“Hudson Rice of Liberal (5A) is a name to look out for on the line this fall.  The 6’2” 285 pound OL was an All-State pick last fall and is expecting a big senior season.  Rice is headed to Harding University next year to play.  Rice says “We are working hard and trying to compete.  We are trying to building something special in southwest Kansas.”

Rice and the Redskins begin practice August 19.  The opener is at Wichita North September 6.
