Fall Cleanup Coupons Available at City Hall

The City of Liberal is providing fall cleanup coupons to assist residents with landfill disposal charges. This coupon is available for water utility customers to pick up in person at the administration office inside City Hall, 324 N. Kansas.
This coupon covers the fee for a one-time disposal visit to the Seward County Landfill. Customers must bring their water utility bill to administration at City Hall to receive a coupon. These landfill coupons must be used by September 30th, 2024 and customers are responsible for hauling their items for disposal.
