Southwest Medical Center to Offer Sports Physicals

Southwest Medical Center will be offering Sports Physicals for all school activities this summer through it’s 15th Street Family Care Center, 555 W. 15th Street. Dates for the physicals are July 24th and 25th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You can an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome to receive a physical, no insurance is needed, and the cost of the physical is just $25 with cash and debit accepted. SWMC is asking that all school forms be completed before the physical.
