Liberal City Commission Meets, Approves SRO Memorandum of Understanding with USD 480

The Liberal City Commission met on Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm, and after hearing a report from Watkins Public Strategies, approved a Memorandum of Understanding with USD 480 for the incorporation of School Resource Officers.
The Commission also held discussion on the Animal Control and the new licensing ordinance.
