County Commission Approves Bid for Bleachers

The Seward County Commission met on Monday evening and in regards of the VFW request for the waiver of building fees for an event the request died for lack of a motion, however Commissioners Abbott and Helm asked the VFW to visit with them after the meeting.

The Comprehensive Plan was approved for JCAPS, and Neal Coffey’s Consulting Contract was approved.

Bleachers International amended bid of $299,578 was approved for bleachers for the Rodeo Arena and a $19,815 change order for courthouse roof was also approved.
