Seward County Commission Approves Chip Seal Bid

The Seward County Commission met Monday evening the Commission for the Fiscal Year 2025 Comprehensive Plan Grant Application was approved for submission to the Kansas Department of Corrections for JCAPS.

Commissioners also approved the repeal of the adopted 2017 code and adopted the 2024 Seward County, Kansas Contractor Licensing Code.

The Commission approved the quote from B&H to chip seal the roads at the landfill when they are in town in July working for the City of Liberal. This will save mobilization from Scott City, KS. Cost for the project is $24,800.00.
