Accident Injures Guymon Man

An injury accident occurred on Monday, March 25th at approximately 3:34 pm on US-412 near Mile 22, approximately 4 miles north and 6 miles west of Guymon, OK in Texas county.

A 2004 Toyota Matrix being driven by Ramon Tino Tomas, age 44 of Guymon, OK was westbound on US-412 at an unsafe speed for roadway conditions. Tomas struck a patch of ice, departed the roadway to the right, and impacted a tree on the driver’s side. Tomas was pinned for an unknown amount of time and was freed by the Guymon Fire Department. He was transported from the scene by ambulance to Northwest Texas Healthcare in Amarillo, TX. He was admitted in stable condition with head and trunk internal injuries.
