Moran/Kelly to Speak at Ogallala Aquifer Summit

U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (Kan.) and Governor Laura Kelly have announced they will speak at the 2024 Ogallala Aquifer Summit scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18. The meeting will take place at the Liberal Conference Center, 501 Hotel Drive in Liberal.
The Ogallala Aquifer Summit brings together water conservation experts; local, state and federal leaders; and producers from across the region to discuss water and drought issues that are impacting the country.
