Liberal Wrestlers Bring the Bling In Borger

On Saturday, February 3, Liberal Wrestling Club traveled to Borger, TX for the Battle for the Bling wrestling tournament. First place for this tournament received a ring for their accomplishments and Liberal brought home 8!

Wrestlers receiving those rings were Jonathan Barragan, Landon Castilleja, Iovani Chavez, Julian Gonzalez, Ian Holcomb, Elias Holcomb, Juan Mata and Dominic Vega.

Liberal Wrestling will host Battle in the West on Saturday, February 10 at LHS. Wrestling begins at 9 AM. 55 wrestlers from Liberal will be wrestling along with 400 wrestlers from Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Kansas. Admission is free and the community is invited to come support the youth wrestlers.
