Wrestlers Go To Leoti and Dodge City

The Leoti Takedown Tournament was held in Leoti, KS on Saturday, January 6. Liberal
Wrestling Club had eight youth wrestlers attend this tournament.

Taking second place at this tournament were Isaac Armendariz (8U), Elias Holcomb and
Iovani Chavez (both 12U).

Lorelai McKim (6U) and Landon Castilleja (12U) both finished the tournament in third
place.

The other wrestlers placed as follows:

Alyvia Holcomb (8U) – 4th place
Ian Holcomb (10U) – 5th place
Imauri Eikenberry (12U) – 4th place

Chevy-Lee Allen (14U) and Lorelai McKim (6U) traveled to Dodge City for the Boothill
Brawl on Sunday, January 7. Both took 4th place at this tournament.

LWC will take on some different competition as they head to Amarillo on Saturday,
January 13 for the Wesley Invitational.
