Liberal Wrestling Club Goes to Great Bend

On Saturday, December 16, Liberal Wrestling Club took 10 wrestlers to the Roger
Richter Memorial Tournament in Great Bend.
Juan Mata and Matheo Ortiz both finished the tournament in first place. This makes 2
first place finishes each for the both of them.
The rest of the team placed as follows:
Ian Holcomb, 4th
Jesus Perz, 4th
Alyvia Holcomb, 3rd
Alex Rodriguez, 3rd
Also attending the tournament were Julian Gonzalez, Elias Holcomb, Imauri Eikenberry
and Erick Ortiz.
The club members will be putting in some extra work over the Christmas break to
prepare for their next tournament in Scott City on December 30.
