Seward County sophomore catcher Todd Glime has been

named the KJCCC Player of the Week for his work in four Saints games

last week. Glime hit .455 for the Saints in the week posting a pair of

back to back multi-hit games. Saturday against Garden City the

sophomore backstop was 2 for 3 with a double and a home run. He has

caught 32 of the Saints 37 games thus far and had been the starting

backstop for 12 straight games before getting a game off on Sunday

against the Busters. He has cut down 11 would be base stealers this

season and is second on the team with a .986 fielding percentage.
