Rim Rock
Rim Rock at KU is one of the most competitive meets you can attend consisting of near 170 different schools from TX, CO, MO, AR, OK, NE, and KS. The meet did not get off to a straight start as lightning delays pushed back the start time by around 3 hours unfortunaly. The Girls and Boys team would be running in the Crimson division where the school size consisted of 4-6A schools.
Top 25 would medal in the races and leading the girls was Daniela Cerda at 17th place at 20:27 her 2 teammates would not be very far behind her Janaya Devorce 57th and Jenny Casas at 70th out of 260 runners. Girls would finish 11th out of 34 teams in the girls division.
Cesar Pavia and MJ Foster would capture both top 25 finishes on the boys side. Pavia placing 14th (16:51) and Foster coming in at 21st (17:02). The boys would compete very well finishing 6th out of 41 teams in the boys division. XC team will head to Newton this coming Saturday.
