Mexico Oil & Gas Industry and its platform is the general statement: Energy
Makes America Great! Marita’s pro-energy commentaries have been published
in newspapers and industry publications from coast-to-coast and online

This year’s conference offers a unique opportunity for technicians to
participate in the following classes: CATERPILLAR Gas Engine Technology;
ARIEL Factory Training; Hands-On training in Basic Electronics and
Compressor Panel Repair; Drive Selection and Maintenance; Laser Alignment;
Air Fuel Ratio; and Reading and Understanding Engineering Drawings. The
Caterpillar and Ariel classes will begin Monday the 19th, at 1:00 pm, all
day Tuesday, and ending Wednesday the 21st at 4:00 pm. Pre-registration is
required for the Caterpillar class; seating is limited for both classes.
“We know everyone in our industry is busy and fewer people are expected to
do more work, many times with fewer resources,” said GCI Chairman Ken Croy.
“We think this slate of courses and Liberal’s location provides a win/win
for users in our 5-State Region. Some of these courses would normally
require a lengthy and expensive trip to a factory somewhere. Having these
sessions right here in Southwest Kansas makes optimum use of your training
dollar.”
An integral part of the Institute is the 7th Annual Breeze Masters Golf
Tournament. This is a four-person scramble format and an opportunity to
enjoy yourself on Monday the 19th. This will be held a Liberal’s premier
Willow Tree Golf Course, with lunch provided by Cameron Compression Services
and Reynolds-French & Company. For more information on Breeze Masters or
hole sponsorships, contact Cody Long at 806-595-0622.
Funds generated by sponsorships and attendance at the Institute provide
scholarships at Seward County Community College/Area Technical School for
students who are interested in the oil and gas industry.
