The 29th ranked Saints softball team split two double headers in Colorado this weekend. Saturday, the Saints lost at Trinidad State 5-4 before winning 9-6. Brianna Barron had two hits and two RBI’s for the Saints while Tasia McEntire added two hits in the first game. In the game two win, Marissa Coats and Alicia Reyes added two hits a piece. Sunday, 24th ranked Otero beat Seward 5-4 in game one before Seward won game two 3-0 in La Junta. Coats went 3-3 in the game one loss. In game two, Courtney Auger tossed a one hitter in the win. Seward hosts Garden City Wednesday at 2 pm to begin play in the Jayhawk West.
