Liberal Police Department Drug Take Back Day

Saturday, April 22nd is DEA National Drug Takeback Day. The objective of this initiative is to tackle the misuse of prescription drugs and tackle health and safety concerns. The Liberal Police Department has a drug drop box in our lobby that is available during business hours. Please bring in your unwanted, unused, and expired prescription drugs for safe disposal. Please make sure to read the guidelines on the box before placing your items inside as some things are not allowed (liquid prescriptions, needles, syringes, batteries, etc.) Help keep everyone safe by doing your part to lessen prescription drug use.
