Redskins Get Top Seed in Sub State

The Liberal boys won the coin flip with Andover Central Saturday to get the top seed in sub-state. The 15-5 Redskins host 2-18 Ark City Thursday night at 7 pm on Talkradio 1270 and kscb.net. The winner plays the winner of 8-11 Kapaun and 7-13 Winfield Saturday night at 7:45 in Winfield. The 19-1 Lady Redskins have the best record in 5-a and will host 1-19 Wichita West Wednesday evening at 6 pm on Talkradio 1270 and kscb.net. The winner of that game meets the winner of 14-6 Kapaun and 10-10 Valley Center at 5 pm Friday in Winfield.
