An injury accident occurred on Saturday April 1st at 10:00 am on US-64 approximately one eighth of a mile east of county road Hollow N 1470 road which is seven and eight tenths of a mile east and one mile south of Forgan, Oklahoma in Beaver County.
A 2020 Volvo truck, driven by Cesar Enrique Perea, age 46, of Hollywood, Florida was eastbound on US-64 when he failed to negociate a left curve, partially
departed the roadway to the right, and when the driver tried to bring the truck
back upon the road, the load shifted causing the truck to overturn one quarter time coming to rest in the south ditch on the passenger side.
The driver Was transported by Beaver EMS to Southwest Medical Center in
Liberal where he was admitted for trunk internal and head injuries. He is listed in stable condition.
