Kismet Man Killed in Semi Accident

A fatality accident occurred Sunday, March 19th at approximately 12:38 pm

A 2020 Kenworth semi being driven by Brandon Scott Moore, 49, of Kismet, KS. was westbound on US-54 near mile marker 45 when he departed the road to the right and tried to regain control of the vehicle. The semi rolled ½ time, coming to rest on its top. Moore was pinned for approximately 30 minutes and extricated by Hooker, Fire Department.

Moore was pronounced dead at the scene. He was transported by Hooker EMS to Robert’s Brothers Funeral Home in Hooker, OK.
