Saints Take Two Over Redlands

The Seward County baseball Saints won both games over the Redlands Cougars from El Reno, Oklahoma Saturday afternoon at Brent Gould Field.  Seward won 8-0 and 5-4.  In game one, Brian Luna tossed a complete game with 10 strikeouts and three hits.  The second game was a tight one.  Tristan Curless hit a walk off double to win the game.  TJ Newman got the win.  Aidan Moore started the game and went six innings.  Elias Herrera pitched scoreless seventh and eighth innings.

The Saints improve to 7-11 and Redlands falls to 8-10.  The same two teams play a double header Sunday at 1pm at  Brent Gould Field.
