Great Bend Roughs Up Redskins

The Great Bend Panthers handed the Liberal Redskins a thorough blowout

72-42 Friday night at the Field House in Great Bend.  The Panthers were dominant on the boards and in forcing LHS turnovers.  The Redskins lose their 11th straight game.

The Panthers led 20-5 after one quarter and 40-14 at halftime.  The Panthers led 61-27 after three causing a running clock in the fourth quarter.

James Fieser scored 10 in the loss.

Liberal is 2-12 overall and 0-4 in the WAC.  Great Bend is 8-6 overall and 3-1 in the WAC.  Liberal hosts Guymon Tuesday night at about 7:45 on 1270 and 92.3.
