Middle School Results

The Seymour Rogers 7th grade basketball A-team played Thursday against GC-Kenneth Henderson. The Apaches started off with great energy running a good offense and defense against the Falcons. Marin scored the first two points by making a shot from the right angle, followed by Alex Gutierrez who made a layup. The Apaches played with high intensity the whole game trying to score and win the game. The Apaches had a lot of opportunities to score baskets, but unfortunately the Apaches did not have good luck. Leaving the final score 18-23 in favor of the Falcons.

The Seymour Rogers 7th grade basketball B-team played Thursday against GC-Kenneth Henderson. Once again the Apaches started off with great intensity trying to score against the Falcon. Bryan Zepeda opened the scoring by making a two point shot, followed by Cameron Ponder who made another two point shot. The first two quarters of the game was pretty even by leaving the first half score 7-9. After half time, the Apaches kept playing great offense and defense. In the third quarter the Apaches started to slow down and gave more opportunities for the Falcon to score. Leaving a final score of 7-21 in favor of the Falcons.
