Maize Blanks Redskins at South Titan Classic

The Liberal soccer team lost what turned out to be their opener Monday at the Wichita South Titan Classic.  The Maize Eagles topped the Redskins 2-0.  Liberal led their would-be opener at Great Bend Thursday 1-0 before a storm postponed the game with 20 minutes remaining in the half.  That game will be made up.  The South Titan Classic has gone to pool play this year.  Liberal is 0-1 faces Wichita Northwest Tuesday at 4pm in Wichita.
