Liberal City Commission Meets, Stays with SkyWest

The Liberal City Commission met on Tuesday evening and took no action on an Umbrella Liability Policy for the City.

The Commission also heard a presentation from Healthcare Brokerage Firm and approved to go with IMA Benefits for one year and voted to stay with SkyWest as the airline carrier for Liberal Municipal Airport for the time being.

Commissioners approved the purchase of 2 used patrol cars from the Highway Patrol in the amount of $59,200 and approved the ARPA CyberSecurity Infrastructure Upgrade Project in an amount not to exceed $80,000.

In an added agenda item, the Commission approved the change orders for 2nd Street in the amount of $28,588 with a completion timeframe of mid August.
