Several Lady Saints Sign at D-2 Schools

After helping Seward go 18-5 and 22-10 in two seasons, several Lady Saints guards have signed at NCAA division 2 programs.  Sierra Lynch signed at LeMoyne-Owen in Memphis, Miyah Dubose signed at Catawba in North Carolina, and Sydney Wetlaufer signed at Maryville in St. Louis.

Sierra Lynch is a 5’5″ guard from Cooper High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She averaged 12 points, four rebounds, and three assists per game for 22-10 SCCC.  She scored 25 points in a February 5 game with Garden City.  She was second team all Jayhawk West after she averaged 10 points, four rebounds, and three assists as a freshman in 2020-2021.

Miyah Dubose is a 5’2″ guard from Champlin Park High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She averaged six points per game this season.  She was named Jayhawk West Freshman of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in 2020-2021 after averaging six points, four rebounds, and three steals per game.

Sydney Wetlaufer is a 5’9″ wing from Central High School in  St. Joseph, Missouri.  She averaged eight points and three rebounds a game for SCCC.  She netted 43 three pointers this season.  She averaged 12 points and four rebounds in 2020-2021 and made 69 three pointers.
