Ulysses Police Arrest Suspect Wanted in Oklahoma

On February 11th at 10:12am, the Ulysses Police Department was dispatched to the 400 block of South Sullivan Street to conduct a welfare check on a female subject regarding suspected domestic violence. An Officer was able to make contact with the female in question and it was confirmed that a male subject, having felony warrants out of Oklahoma was inside the residence. The male subject was identified as 29 year old Jordan Biccum. Biccum barricaded himself in the residence. He was eventually taken into custody without incident.

The Ulysses Police department was assisted by the Garden City Police Department, the Finney County Sheriff’s Department, Grant County EMS, Grant County Fire, and the Grant County Sheriff’s Department.
