Kay Swift

Kay Swift, 76, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021, St. Catherine’s Hospital, Garden City, Kansas.

She was born June 22, 1945, in Florence, Kansas. The daughter of Roy Dean and Evelyn D. (Underhill) Swift. They both preceded her in death.

Kay married Jewell Perl Swift October 20, 1963, in Burns, Kansas. To this union was three children.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Satanta and loved being around people. She enjoyed walking, talking, reading, and helping people.

Survivors include son, Dean Swift and wife Melanie, Reading, KS.; son-in-law, Dusti Hockett, Satanta, KS.; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jewell Perl (2013), son, Allen, daughter, Kim.

A memorial has been established for First Baptist Church of Satanta, in care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 747, Satanta, Kansas 67870.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021, 2 PM to 6 PM, Robson Funeral Home, Satanta.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2021, 10:30 AM, First Baptist Church of Satanta with Pastor Randy Caddell presiding.

Burial will be held Friday, November 5, 2021, 11 AM, Matfield Green Cemetery, Matfield Green, Kansas.

Robson Funeral Home, Satanta is in charge of arrangements.
