Aldo Avalos is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal’s Aldo Avalos is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Avalos is fourth in the WAC and second on the Redskins in tackles with 69.  He is third in the WAC and leads the Redskins with seven tackles for loss.  Avalos has already been named  first team all WAC as a sophomore and a junior.  Avalos also is involved in basketball, track, NHS, and FCA.  Avalos and the Redskins play at Salina Central Friday night at 7 with Redskin Pre-game at 6 on 1270, 92.3, and the KSCB and The Legend Ap.
