May 10, 2020 – Ochiltree General Hospital has informed the community that Ochiltree County has had its second death as a result of the COVID-19 virus.

OGH strongly urges residents to take precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and practice social distancing.

As communities across the Texas Panhandle experience more suspected cases of the COVID-19 virus, healthcare providers are experiencing delays in receiving test results. Ochiltree General would like to assures the community that as soon as results from the May 7, 2020, mobile testing conducted at the Ochiltree County Expo Center are available, they will resume the Community Scorecard.
