Seward County Man Found Illegally in U.S.

Jaime Chico-Holguin, 47, who is not a citizen of the United States, has been charged with illegally re-entering the United States after being deported. He was deported in May 2004. He was found Feb. 3, 2020, in Seward County, Kan.
If convicted, he could face up to two years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000. Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigated. Assistant U.S. Attorney Lanny Welch is prosecuting.
