Despite losing to Great Bend in our first game 22-15 we ended up fighting the whole way. We only allowed Great Bend 3 points the entire first half and another minute going into the 3rd quarter. Alexis Galindo was our top scorer for the game and was the reason we went into overtime by hitting his free throw. This was the best game as a team all season.
SRMS won against Comanche 30-18 with the whole team contributing on both offense and defense. Brian Gallegos started the game with 2 points and Alex Korner ended it with 2. Alexis Gallindo was our top scorer with 9 points and hit a 3, and Angel Soto came in with 7 points, Sergio Aguilar with 2, and Junior King with 7 points. All players helped out to end our season on a high note.
