Liberal junior swimmer Jacob Sautter is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Sautter has state consideration times in the 50 free and the 100 free.  He has won the 200 free this season.  Sautter is the president of the chess club and Liberal High School and is in FCA.  Sautter and the Redskins swim at Hays on Tuesday.
