City/County Offices Closed on New Years Day

The City of Liberal and Seward County offices will be closed Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in observance of the New Year holiday. Normal business hours will resume Thursday, January 2, 2020.
City Bus will not run Fixed Routes or Paratransit Services Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in observance of the New Year holiday. Normal hours will resume Thursday, January 2, 2020.
