Redskin Offense Comes to Life in Great Bend

Liberal’s offense broke through Monday in Great Bend. The Skins won 5-0 at Great Bend after back-to-back scoreless games at Wichita. Hector Mata scored two goals with assists from Isai Gutierrez and Eduardo Moreno. Gutierrez scored a goal with an assist from Jose Flores. Alvin Portillo found the back of the net with an assist from Eduardo Campos. Moreno scored a goal with an assist from Joe Guerrero. Liberal is 14-2 overall and 7-0 in the WAC. Liberal plays their last regular season game at home against Dodge City Thursday at about 5:45.
