Kim Alarcon is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior Kim Alarcon is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Alarcon was an all WAC and all state player a season ago.  Alarcon has done it all for LHS this season.  Alarcon has three goals and three assists for 6-6-1 Liberal this season.  She also has two shutouts as a goalkeeper this season.  She started three games in goal.  Alarcon won the Lady Redskin of the Year award Monday night at Liberal’s awards ceremony.   This award goes to the school’s best senior athlete.  Alarcon played football and basketball.  She signed to play soccer at Barton.  Alarcon and the LHS girls host Garden City on Wednesday and Dodge City on Thursday at the Gary Cornelsen Sports Complex.
