Wagenseller Leads Liberal at Great Bend

Liberal boys golf team competed in the Great Bend Invitational Monday afternoon against the four other WAC schools. Hays won the tournament, edging out Garden City by two strokes. Sion Audrain of Garden City won the tournament shooting even par on the day. For the Redskins, Kyle Wagenseller led the team once again. James Hammel improved 12 strokes from his previous tournament in Hutch and jumped from the 5th man on the team to 2nd. The boys finally have a little break as they prepare for the WAC final tournament at Willow Tree, Tuesday, May 7.
