Water Line Replacement to Begin on 2nd Street

Water line replacement will begin on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 on 2nd Street from Kansas Avenue to Grant Avenue. This is Phase 1 of the project, which will work in two (2) block sections going west. It will eventually end at Clay Street, with the entire project estimated to be complete in November. (Weather permitting.)
