District Six Transportation Vision Task Force to Meet Thursday

District Six (Southwest Kansas) Joint Legislative Transportation Vision Task Force meeting is this Thursday, October 11^th in the Garden City High School auditorium.

The Joint Legislative Transportation Vision Task Force is a group of 31 legislators, industry representatives and local officials tasked with evaluating current and future transportation needs, reviewing transportation funding, and making recommendations regarding the needs of the transportation system over the next ten years and beyond.  The task force has nine regional meetings scheduled across the state with meeting details available on the Joint Legislative Transportation Vision Task Force page.  As mentioned above, the District Six, Southwest Kansas meeting will be held at the Garden City High School Auditorium, 2720 Buffalo Way, Garden City on Thursday, October 11^th.
