Redskins Race Past Wichita Trinity in South Titan Classic Opener

Liberal wins their opening game in the Wichita South Titan Classic 7-2 Monday over Wichita Trinity.  Mike Fonseca scored four goals to lead Liberal.  Erich Ortiz scored two goals with one assist.  Estevan Dominguez had one goal and one assist.  Christian Sobalvarro had two assists.  David Arroyo and Victor Limon had one assist each.  Liberal had 19 shots on goals to Trinity’s three.  LHS had three corner kicks to Trinity’s two.  Trinity received two yellow cards and Libral’s Chris Adame received a yellow card.

Liberal is 3-0 and plays Wichita Heights Wednesday in the Wichita South Titan Classic.
