According to a release from Liberal City Hall, in order to enhance face to face customer service, hours at City Hall and Municipal Court will be changing effective September 17th.
New hours will be Monday through Thursday 7:30am – 5:30pm and 7:30am – 11:30am on Fridays. These changes are being done on a trial basis through the end of December 2018. The City will then evaluate how the hours are working for the public during the September 17 to December 31st period.
