A Liberal woman was injured in a crash Saturday that involved a woman from Garden City.
Janet Haskell, Garden City, was driving a semitrailer north on U.S. Highway 83 when a 1999 Dodge passenger car, driven southbound by Alisha Kay Starkey, Liberal, went around a curve and crossed the center line, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol. The vehicle struck the semi in the trailer unit.
Haskell was not injured. Starkey was transported to Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
