On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, the City of Liberal’s water service will be temporarily shut off in the morning from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the area of 7th St to 11th St on North Jordan. The City will go door-to-door and leave notification tags on all known addresses that will be affected. If they inadvertently miss anyone, please accept their apology in advance.
