Whitney Hay is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal junior volleyball player Whitney Hay is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week.  Hay had 46 digs in Liberal’s six matches at Hutchinson on Saturday.  She passed at 2.71 percent in a win Tuesday against Campus in Haysville.  Hay also plays basketball, run track, and is a member of the LHS yearbook staff.  Hay and the Redskins play at Garden City Thursday evening against Garden, Great Bend, and Colby.
