City Of Liberal To Assist In Storm Cleanup

To assist individuals affected by the flooding from the recent heavy rains, the City of Liberal Building Department will issue “Free Dump Coupons” for flood debris removal for a period of sixty (60) days. Coupons can be obtained by contacting the City of Liberal Building Department at 324 N Kansas Ave. or at 620-626-2261. An inspector will assess the quantity of flood debris.
