Area Baseball Players Compete in All Star Game in Garden City

Several area baseball players from the KSCB listening area played in a high school all star game Monday night in Garden City. The West defeated the East 12-8. It was the first all star baseball game for graduated high school seniors in Kansas. With this being the inaugural year of the event, they started small and only selected players from the western half of the state. The event was called the Wild West Shootout.
