Gentle Yoga Class Offered at the Baker Arts Center

The Baker Arts Center will be holding a Gentle Yoga class. Yoga has many health benefits, including increased flexibility, muscle tone, clear mind, relaxation, body awareness, strengthened immune system, and many more. Weather permitting, class may be held outside. Feel free to bring your own mat or one will be provided for you.

Class will be Tuesday, April 25th from 11:00am to 12:20pm at Baker Arts Center. Cost is $15 for members & $20 for nonmembers. The center is located at 624 N. Pershing Liberal, KS. Please call 620-624-2810 or visit bakerartscenter.org for more information.
