Coffeyville Controls Seward

The Coffeyville Red Ravens jumped out to leads if 16-3 and 27-14 early. It never got much closer as the Ravens defeated the Seward County Saints 89-64 in Coffeyville’s Nellis Hall Wednesday night.

Coffeyville led 39-21 at halftime. The Saints struggled to score shooting 39 percent. The Ravens made 50 percent of their shots. The Saints turned it over 20 times. Kevin Sims scored 18 in the loss.

Seward is 7-17 and 4-16 in the KJCCC and Coffeyville is 15-9 and 11-9 in conference. The Saints host Allen Saturday night at 8 on 107.5 and kscbnews.net.  Community Bank is the buyout with tickets also available at Hutch’s.
