Tuesday evening, just before 9:00pm, the Liberal Police Department made an arrest of an individual who was wanted on an Outstanding warrant. The arrest occurred without incident, as a result of a traffic stop, in the 100 block of South Prospect. The individual was wanted on an outstanding warrant of Attempted 1st Degree Murder.  He was taken to the Seward County Jail, with a bond of $250,000.00.
