Liberal junior defensive lineman Elwin Trejo is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Trejo leads the WAC with eight tackles for loss. Trejo leads defensive linemen with 27 tackles. Trejo is also a wrestler and is in the track program. Trejo and the Redskins play at Garden City Friday night with Redskin Pre-game at 6 and kick off at 7 on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
