Guymon Woman Arrested On Larceny Charges

According to the Guymon Daily Herald, A woman was arrested Saturday after an attempt to steal over $1,200 worth of merchandise from the Guymon Walmart Supercenter, located at 2600 N. Highway 64.
Summer Shea Lewis, of Guymon, was observed walking around the store, placing items into empty Walmart bags. After completing her task, she attempted to leave the store without paying for the items.
Lewis was detained by Walmart Loss Prevention. She had attempted to steal $1,224.90 worth of merchandise. She was arrested by a Guymon Police Department officer and transported to the Texas County Sheriff’s department.
Lewis has former misdemeanor theft charges from January of this year. She was fined $381 and was placed on supervised probation through the district attorney’s office. –
